Het jammere is alleen dat ik ben vergeten te vragen of ze de schoenen zelf nog verzolen wanneer deze door een ander reeds verzoold zijn. Bij EG en JL nemen ze de schoen dan geloof ik niet meer terug, maar bij C&J weet ik het niet zeker.
Het is standaard en ze maken allemaal geen werk, als de schoenen elders anders verzoold zijn.

Please ensure you enclose a letter along with your shoes, detailing the reason for your return, a return address and a contact telephone number. Once the repair has been carried out, we will contact you for payment details.
The repair cost is ?85 plus postage, with a delivery time of approximately 5 weeks depending on factory holidays or work-flow at the time of receipt.
Please note that we do not accept shoes back for repair once they have been repaired by an external source other than Church, as the shoes have been subjected to a process which is not compatible with our normal repair operations.
