We received today your package.
We were surprised to see that you wraped the package in a trash bag....
Furthermore, sending your package in "economic" without registered is pretty risky and we could have said that we never received your shoes.
Nevertheless we did open your package and were deeply disapointed by what you wrote following the analysis we've done.
1- Indeed, we recognize that the leather suede as a slightly difference at the front end of the shoes, yet there is a solution to reduce this difference.
2- For the deep cuts, we are more than astonished to see such cuts. It was actually such a surprised that we called Mr Fernandez to have his opinion. Never during his 40years in the shoe industry did he saw such a thing. In fact, we're more than amazed since it's impossible to have a cut on this very area of the shaft.
The reason is simple: Every shoes that is made in our factory is recovered with a see-throught plastic and that during the ENTIRE manufacturing process.
3- Lastly, you didn't mention that you had wear the shoes outside your house. Inside we can clearly see the "footprint" your feet has left behind with the sweeat (something that can only be done after several hours of walking.). The heels and outside soles are very marked as well (gravel-leaves) , but this is normal if you've walked several hours with the shoes.
Sadly, like every other shoe manufacturer and retailer, we cannot take back the shoes you sent us (as our terms of sales and returns specified), since you used them much more than we expected (normally people who bought online and are sending back the shoes to us, have only very lightly used the shoes because they only tried them at their home to see if they fit or if the shoes have defaults). It's also very surprising that our quality check and yourself didn't notice the cuts before wearing them outside for many hours.
Of course, we will send you back your shoes.
