Answering the question of Mr. Bogart in relation to our special social promo we launched yesterday. This is for customers who have not joined yet our social channels. That does not mean we dont award those customers who are already there or that they keep buying from us. Some of them receive direct emails with coupon to be spent. And I want to stress that all our customers are special for us. That's why they always receive the possibility of using a discount. For instance when they get their invoice by email, they have a discount there they can use. And concerning this special offer, there is not only facebook, but also twitter and Google plus.
Clearly, we believe a good relationship is created when is bilateral. So we appreciate to see happy active customers, following us in Facebook, sharing our posts, inviting their friends to like our page, commenting and reviewing our products, ect.
Finally, we cannot efford to launch offers and discount all the time, as our prices are already quite special, without further discounts, but as I said, we like make customers happy

SHIPPING INFO

I would like to infom all customers that from yesterday we have a new courrier. BRT, which means DPD in Europe and FedEx Worldwide. There wont be differences in prices (actually for some destinations, not Netherlands, prices are slightly higher), but there will be positive differences in reliability. We made this choice as lately we had some customers who got their parcel with delay. We dont want this to happen again. If our customers pay for an express courier they have to wait no longer than a few days.

In Europe delivery is within 48 hours from the moment we ship.

In order to give always a wider choice to our customers, we can ship with economy also. This service is on demand, is valid only outside Europe and for weight above 2 kg.

For European destinations and for customers who are shops, in case of multiple purchases, above 3 kg and/or 500 euro value, you can contact us at [email protected] in order to explore the possibility of special discounts.
