In engels:
Jeans, like most other clothing have different qualities, especially in the material used. Nowadays, you see 'premium' denim in the market, eg: Seven, Paper Denim, etc.. What I see is that most of these overpriced jeans are made with denim that is no different from the 'normal' jeans, eg: Levis, Lee, etc. and the two main things you are paying for is the design and the brand... There is another phenomenon in the market, the rise of the Japanese denim. These jeans are usually a replica of the classic fits of Levis and Lees, but are made using the single width looms (resulting in a narrower, selvege denim) and using high grade cottons. In this case, you end up paying a lot because the amount of fabric produced by these looms are not that much, compared to the output of the machines used by other companies (the looms being based in Turkey and China). Also, some of the Japanese denim is dyed with vegetable indigo, not the chemical versions. Some brands that fall into this school of Denim are Levis Vintage Clothing, most Japanese makers eg: 45RPM, Samurai, Denime, Skull. There is also another group of makers who fall midway between the 'designer' brands and the Classicists. These companies use the high end Japanese selvedge denim, but make them into jeans of a more modern cut. Some examples being: Nudie, 5EP, Atelier la Durance.
