Is wel een Italiaans telefoonnummer, maar kan natuurlijk doorgeschakeld zijn naar een ander land. Is de domeinnaam niet te achterhalen op welke naam die geregistreerd staat e.d. Ben benieuwd of dit wel of geen oplichtingspraktijken zijn en waar het addertje zit.

Misschien een suggestie om dat nummer als 'muziekje van de website' voor te stellen aan de beheerder?

Het mogen wel verdomd goede replica's zijn als ze voor dergelijke bedragen worden verkocht.

je kan voor de grap in de header van de mail kijken, en dan even een scan doen op IP-adres.

Zo ben ik ooit in contact gekomen met een Braziliaan die een zeldzame vintage verkocht, heen en weer gemaild, mooie foto's gekregen, en ook referenties.

Alle referenties netjes nagemaild, en ook antwoord terug, blabla... keurige en betrouwbare verkoper.

Toen ben ik voor de grap eens in de headers van de mails gaan kijken, bleek dat alle mails van hetzelfde IP-adres verstuurd waren (in Brazilie!), terwijl de accounts gewoon Europees waren.

Ik geloof er geen fluit van, hij werkt met allemaal redirect services welke weer naar de volgende redirect service wijzen. Daarnaast heeft hij een gratis email account.

Ze brengen het leuk... beetje druk opbouwen 'er zijn meer gegadigden',' low stock' ... Google checkout. Volgens mij werkt dat als volgt: je maakt het geld over aan een tussenpersoon. Als die het geld heeft ontvangen krijgt de verkoper een berichtje en kan hij de bestelling versturen. Met een verzendbewijs kan hij vervolgens het geld cashen (als ik het goed heb). Vermoedelijk ontvang je een lege doos (of met een beetje geluk een mooie baksteen). En kan je vervolgens fluiten naar je centen, er is immers 'iets' verstuurd en bewijs jij maar eens dat je het horloge niet achterover drukt en vervolgens het geld terug wilt ontvangen... Klassieke oplichtings truc.

Ik vind het altijd wel leuk om een beetje te spelen... dus ik heb terug gemaild dat ik volgende week voor zaken in Italië ben en het horloge graag zelf wil op komen halen
