Ik vind de EG Chelsea kloons Meermins mooier.

Wat is eigenlijk het 'bezwaar' bij dubmonks onder een pak. Is het meer persoonlijke voorkeur, zijn dubmonks meer voor leisure (zoals loafers). Hoe werden ze vroeger gedragen, waar komen ze vandaan. Kan iemand daar iets zinnigs over zeggen?

Dubmonks komen van lobb geloof ik.
Bezwaar hier is voornamelijk dat ze te hip zijn bij de pitti-/tumblrboyz.
Heb zelf niets tegen een goeie dubmonk.

Ha, ik weet niet waar deze sub-Lobb die tekst vandaan heeft maar denk dat het niet uit de lucht gegrepen is.

The answer is more nuanced than yes or no. Whether in 2013 monks are appropriate with a suit depends on two factors, the occasion and the suit.

The third is a Norwegian monk "with a fairly thick sole for country wear." Traditionally monks were in the middle, too informal for suits, yet, (especially the black plain toe monk), too formal for most casual ensembles. The plain toe monk found itself worn at the formality (dressy) level of a blazer with mid grey trousers. The less formal monks at the level of less formal jackets.

That was then, and while there are still those, myself included, that reserve our monks for such ensembles, others have expanded their use.

Now it is important to note that upr class is well established at a Wall Street bank and has the liberty to be a bit of a dandy, a freedom not extended to all men. It is worth noting that his Friday ensemble is anchored by one of his less formal, (dressy), suits. When he wears his most formal suits it is with the most formal shoe genre, black bals, thus demonstrating the maxim that a man should select his ensemble to meet the day's events.

Thus, while technically monks should not be worn with suits, if you have the freedom to be a bit of a dandy, you can wear monks with less dressy suits on occasions when a more formal (dressy) ensemble is not needed.

Online kopen blijft toch altijd een soort experiment, hoeveel je er over leest, er gaat niets boven live passen in de shop.

Wanneer je eenmaal de leest weet van jouw voet/voorkeur wordt online kopen een stuk eenvoudiger, in jouw geval is een retourtje Spanje voor een paar tientjes met bv Ryan Air wellicht een goed idee?

De door jou benoemde meuk is nog altijd minimaal even goed als de overige topniveau schoenenmeukmakers zoals EG of G&G.
