The real luxury is in all that cannot be seen, the multitude of small details too many to mention, and which will never replace the possibility to visit our workshop. The work on the foot, totally by hand of course, leather boots, hand-embroidered pouches with the client's name, a framed drawing of the original model, individually-made shoe trees according to the personal last : everything that the client could wish for, we make it our duty to grant. More than just choosing the leather, we want our client to take part in the process of making his own shoes. This human, magical link should build up throughout the conception of his order. We do not just want to make beautiful shoes, but we want there to be a real shared passion between the artisan and the client, and more importantly, between the shoe and its future owner. The workshop will be open to the client, whenever, and as often as he may want, so that he can be present for all the phases of its creation All the magic of the various gestures will become familiar to him, and all the questions he could ask in order to increase his knowledge and his love of shoe-making will be answered. We also consider that excellence and quantity cannot go hand in hand. That is why we decided that to make custom-made shoes in the way we consider they should be done, there shall only be one hundred happy owners of these rare and exceptional custom-made shoes every year. Our workshop is open to all those who love the most refined artistry and hand-made shoes, even if they are not clients of the custom-made house, but just to come and visit a family, a boot-maker, in order to share a passion, a passion for all that is real.
