Buongiorno Gentlemen,
We are proud to offer new high quality neapolitan shirts from Avino Laboratorio Napoletano.
Francesco Avino is a renowned shirtmaker, much appreciated both by the Neapolitans and their taillors. After training with the most prestigious mastertailors of Naples such as Pirozzi, Antonio Panico or Luigi Dalcuore, he decides to dedicate himself to his passion, the Neapolitan shirt, and creates in 2005 his own workshop, Laboratorio Avino, in order to enhance the unique experience of wearing a Neapolitan shirt. Avino's shirts are cut in the best Thomas Mason's poplins and handsewn in his small workshop, with eight operations entirely made by hand, in Naples. There is a little detail that you can only find on Avino's shirts: The gusset is made out of the same fabric of the shirt.
The shirts has eight hand passages (the buttonholes, the buttons, the yoke, the collar, the sleeve gauntlet, the gusset, the placket and the armhole), a volontary mismatch at the armhole, Mother of Pearl buttons sewn with Zampa di Gallina technique and the poplin is from Thomas Mason.
